Vice-Chairman and CEO John Cheh's interview with Just-Style

John Cheh's interview with just-style.com at 2017 Integral Conversation was released in November 2017. He talked about Esquel's new partnership with internet technology company NetEase, the efforts on increasing water and energy efficiency, and the investment on technology to boost efficiency and accuracy.

Under the partnership with NetEase, Esquel supplies shirts to 'NetEase Selection', which sells through the largest Chinese B2C site Tmall and its own website.

As a major part of our sustainable development, minimizing the use of chemical dyes which leads to water pollution is a key goal to Esquel. John shared about Esquel’s partnership with Kunming Institute of Botany in Yunan Province to explore the potential of natural dyes.

Speaking of our technological investment, John used the 30k Spindle Automated Facility in Xinjiang as an example to demonstrate how to boost efficiency and accuracy by advanced technology. "Esquel may be a manufacturing company, but we are inspired by advanced technologies and moving forward to Industry 4.0," said John.
